I totally forgot to post this one from a year ago!! This is another friend of mine at church who had a boy. Her theme for the shower was elephants (how cute!) so there you see little elephants by the ribbon. I didn't post but she did all the decorations and little items to match, (she's an artist herself) and it was adorable :)
Well the catch was, I didn't have the luxury of drawing it at home. It was kind of a live performance thing...lol Her friend brought the chalkboard easel on the day of the event, so I had about 1 hour to quickly draw the whole thing while people were preparing for the shower. The easel turned out to be the ones like from Ikea...the surface was super slippery so the board wouldn't eat the chalk >_<;; All the chalk powder from drawing hard on the surface would stick to the wrong places...oh well. But here it is. (This was when I decided I need to get my own board. hihi)
